  • All orders must be paid as per the payment method selected at checkout (Cash on Delivery / Online Payment if available).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location (typically 2–5 business days).

  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for courier delays or issues beyond our control.

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • Due to the cosmetic and personal care nature of our products, we follow a No Return & No Refund Policy.

  • Only in cases of damaged or wrong product received, customers must report within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

  • Acnedrops.pk is not liable for any misuse of products, allergic reactions, or side effects caused due to individual skin sensitivity.
